These images are inspired by the sea and the people who play in and around them, 'Surfers, Windsurfers, fishermen and day trippers etc.

Using photoshop I combine and manipulate elements to create an "alternative beach" of the imagination....composite images that are a synthesis of photography, graphic design and painting.

Surreal Sussex

Digital images that explore the resonance of various locations around where I used to live in Sussex. Some of these locations are well known, others are well hidden ... here they are revealed in a new light.

Computers are often used to “enhance” photographs. Here digital techniques are used to pull apart these locations and explore them as a painter could do - turning these places into sets for imaginary films.
